Speciality Rums
Panamanian rum given a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks.
Well-aged expression finished in casks that previously contained Napoleon cognac.

Aged in a solera system for 14–24 years. Colombian rum brought to bottling strength with demineralised water over 28 days.
Made using a 45-plate coffey still and aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Aged 9–12 years.
